This festive Pomegranate Guacamole adds a delicious dash of color to your holiday spread. Sure to be the easiest crowd-pleaser you prepare this season, this recipe comes together in minutes.
- 3 large avocados
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- Juice of one small lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Salt, to taste
Scoop avocado into a medium-sized bowl and mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached. You can make it as smooth or as chunky as you like.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Guacamole is best when served immediately. If storing in the refrigerator, cover with plastic wrap that is pressed against the surface of the guacamole.
