This is probably one of the easiest and tastiest appetizers of all time! They are so easy to pop in your mouth in between sips of wine. Serve them on their own or as part of an antipasto platter. Either way, your guests will love them!
- 10 dried mission figs
- 3-5 thin slices of prosciutto
Slice off the tops of each fig. Then cut each fig in half lengthwise.
Slice the prosciutto into 20 small slices that are long enough to wrap around each fig half.
Take one fig half and wrap with one of the prosciutto slices. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all figs are wrapped. Serve and enjoy!
