Oven-Baked Gluten-Free French Fries

Serves 4-6

These lightened-up gluten-free French fries will leave you satisfied without feeling stuffed. You can feel good about eating these oven-baked treats and serving them to your loved ones.


  • 3 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Preheat oven to 400° F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

Cut the potatoes into thin French fries, place on the sheet pan, and toss with olive oil and spices.
