Serves 10

You can solve the holiday dinner roll dilemma by making this gluten-free bread for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • ¾ cup tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 375° F.

In a large bowl, mix the tapioca flour, tapioca starch and garlic. Add the eggs, oil and milk and mix well.

Add both types of cheese and combine by hand until the mixture comes together into a soft dough. Separate the mixture into 10 equal parts and roll each piece into a ball.

Place the balls on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart and bake for 15 minutes. These are best served directly out of the oven while hot.
