Tajín Salad

Gluten, corn, soy, refined sugar, dairy and nut free, vegan

Serves 6


  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup diced jicama
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 medium avocados, pitted and diced
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ancho chili pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Diced mango, optional
  • Diced pineapple, optional


Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, and stir to combine.

Add diced mango or pineapple for additional flavors.
