The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is hard to pass up. This Peanut Butter Pie recipe is super easy and great for any kids who want to give cooking a try. Surprise anyone with this special grain-free treat.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- FILLING
- 2 packets chocolate pudding mix
- 2½ cups milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Start by mixing all the crust ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Place dough into pie dish and press down to form crust. Bake crust for about 12 minutes, or until it just starts to brown. Let crust cool completely. In a separate bowl, whisk together filling ingredients. Pour mix into cooled pie crust and let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
