Nut-Free Banana Blast Trail Mix

Five minutes and six ingredients are all you need to make this nut-free trail mix. It’s a great snack for school lunches and makes a fantastic movie night treat.

  • 2 cups gluten-free chocolate puff cereal
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels
  • 2 cups banana chips
  • 1 cup crunchy chickpeas (bake them yourself or use store-bought)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds


Stir together ingredients in a large bowl. Store trail mix in a covered container for up to a week.
