This recipe for gluten-free PB&J balls is great when you’re looking for a morning post-workout snack or a healthy sweet treat. Not only is it quick and easy, but you can also customize it by adding your favorite mix-ins. No oven is needed for this one, and even the kids can help make them.
- 1½ cups gluten-free quick oatmeal
- ½ cup all-natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries or raisins
- ½ dairy-free chocolate bar chopped into small pieces, optional (also can substitute any other dried fruit or nuts)
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls to make about 10 to 12. Store at room temperature.
