These ginger cookies are simple to throw together and provide a warm, spicy treat at any time of the year. This recipe will quickly become a favorite in your repertoire.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup almond flour tightly packed
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. clove
- 2 tsp. ginger
- ¼ cup molasses
- ¼ cup coconut oil
Directions
Combine the dry ingredients and break up any clumps in the flour or sugar with a fork. Stir in the wet ingredients and mix well. Shape the cookies into circles and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely and enjoy!
