Choco Loco

Very few frozen treats are better than chocolate ice cream. This dairy-free version is super easy and nutritious—a guilt-free indulgence that would even make for a special breakfast (if ice cream for breakfast is OK with you, it is with me!).

Dairy free, vegan, Paleo.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen large bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk

Directions

Start by cutting the frozen bananas into 4 chunks. Place bananas, cocoa powder and milk in blender. Start out blending slow and speed up until smooth, about 1-2 minutes depending on blender. Then either serve immediately or place in a sealed container and freeze.
