This quick and delicious breakfast smoothie is easy to whip up and sure to keep you going all morning!
- 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free certified
- ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
