While you are toasting the frozen waffle, cut the gluten-free bread with a peanut-shaped cookie cutter. You can either toast the bread or leave as is.
Place the bread on top of the waffle and assemble the face. Spread out the apple slices for the feathers.
Serve with fresh fruit and syrup, if desired.
