This juice can be made in a juicer—no need to peel the fruit—or in a blender. Strain if desired before serving.
- 2 cups fresh kale, stems removed
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cored
- 1 orange, peeled
- 6-8 stems parsley
- 2-3 stems mint
Process ingredients through a juicer according to manufacturer’s directions.
