Gluten-Free Sangria for Spring Time

Serves 8

This fruity, bubbly gluten-free sangria is just the right finish for a springtime brunch menu.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped or sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into chunks or slices
  • 1 cup gluten-free vodka
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 2 cups 7-Up soda; use plain soda water if avoiding added sugar

Directions

Put the fruit in a large pitcher and pour the vodka on top. Put the pitcher in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

When ready to serve, pour the wine and soda into the pitcher. Mix well. Pour into 8 glasses, being sure to distribute the fruit evenly.
