Nowadays, juices go far beyond the standard breakfast variety. Packed with nutrients and hearty enough to fill your belly, this Purple Lemonade from The Rainbow Juice Cleanse by Ginger Southall, D.C., features vitamin-rich purple kale.
- 1 head purple cauliflower, cut into chunks
- 4 purple kale leaves
- 1 cucumber, cut into chunks
- ½ lemon
- Stevia, to taste
Juice the cauliflower in a juicer or blender.
Roll the kale leaves into a ball and juice them along with the cucumber and lemon.
Pour into a glass and add stevia.
Nutrition Analysis: 290 cal, 0 g fat, 0 mg chol, 280 mg sodium, 60 g carbs, 24 g fiber, 19 g sugar, 20 g protein.
