Paleo Hot Chocolate

When the weather gets cold, nothing is better than a mug of hot chocolate. This sweet and simple recipe satisfies chocolate cravings while cutting out the junk, including refined sugars.

Ingredients

  • ½ 13.5-ounce can no-sugar-added coconut milk
  • 2½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1½ tablespoons honey

Directions

Start by shaking or mixing together the coconut milk and cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into a pot and heat on low. Add honey and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes, constantly whisking or stirring together. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
