Enhance the sweet taste of oolong tea by adding coconut milk for a creamy texture. All the goodness and health benefits of both tea and milk will certainly delight your taste buds. Toss some ice in your glass when ready to drink and enjoy a lovely healthy treat. Add sweetener, if desired.
- 24 ounces filtered water
- 3 oolong tea bags, or 1½ tablespoons loose tea
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Sweetener (optional)
Place the water and tea bags or loose tea in a lidded mason jar, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Remove the bags or strain out the loose tea. To serve, add the coconut milk and sweetener, if desired. For a frosty drink, freeze coconut milk in ice trays and then blend until icy. Spoon into individual servings.
