Citrus Dream

This “juice” is closer to a smoothie thanks to the coconut milk and can be made in your high-speed blender—no juicer needed!


  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk


Combine ingredients, in order listed, in pitcher of a high-powered blender.

Process, moving from low speed to high, until mixture is fully combined and frothy.

Note: The oranges can be blended with peels in a high-powered blender. This will add nutrient value but produce a slightly bitter aftertaste.
