When the warm weather starts to ramp up, getting your caffeine in the form of iced coffee is doubly refreshing. Channel your inner barista and whip up this delicious dairy-free Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Iced Coffee.
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee, room temperature
- 1 cup almond milk or other preferred non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½-1 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients except for ice in a blender.
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until combined.
Divide ice evenly between two large glasses.
Pour coffee mixture over ice and serve.
