- 1 cup cooked black rice (such as InHarvest Italian Black Rice)
- 2 cups acai berry puree
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened, shredded coconut
Place the ingredients into the bowl of the blender (Note: this recipe is intended to be mixed in a standard 64-ounce blender with a strong motor).
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour into 12-ounce glasses, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
