Black Rice Acai Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked black rice (such as InHarvest Italian Black Rice)
  • 2 cups acai berry puree
  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened, shredded coconut

Directions

Place the ingredients into the bowl of the blender (Note: this recipe is intended to be mixed in a standard 64-ounce blender with a strong motor).

Blend until completely smooth.

Pour into 12-ounce glasses, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
