Lost a bunch of weight without even trying. The improvement in my health has been such a blessing and the weight loss was just a bonus. It was hard at first, but now I don’t even have to think about it. It’s been 1 1/2 yrs since I went gluten free. – Nancy Jernigan Thawley via Facebook
