Rosemary Peach Gin and Tonic
The classic gin and tonic takes on an elegant early autumn feel with the addition of juicy peaches and crisp rosemary.
2 slices of peach
1 wedge of lime
2 ounces London Dry Gin
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Fill a highball glass with ice and add fresh peach slices. Squeeze lime wedge and add to the glass.
Add gin and top off with tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
