INGREDIENTS
Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
Lettuce or micro-greens
Pineapple Salsa:
- 1 cup Fresh pineapple, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons white onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, deced
- 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Pinch of salt
Guacamole:
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 2 tablespoons white onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- ½ jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons minced cilantro
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Salt to taste
Burgers:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons white onion, minced
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Toss the salsa ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Gently combine the burger ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 patties and set aside. Heat a grill or skillet (over medium heat).
- Combine the guacamole ingredients in a small mixing bowl, squeezing the lime juice over the top to preserve. Cover and refrigerate until burgers are ready.
- Assemble the burgers with Guacamole, micro greens, and pineapple salsa.
