Busy weeknight meals are a breeze with our 3-Step Stir-fry. In just 15 minutes you can have dinner on the table. The best part is that it’s completely customizable, so you decide what goes in – and what doesn’t.
STEP 1
To make four servings, start by choosing 1 pound of protein. Tofu, chicken, beef, pork… take your pick!
STEP 2
Then choose 4 cups of veggies. We like bell peppers, snow peas, carrots, onions, broccoli, and cauliflower just to name a few.
STEP 3
Stir-fry protein and veggies with 3/4 cup of San-J Asian Cooking Sauce. Choose from 8 certified gluten-free flavors like our new Hoisin, Thai Peanut, and Teriyaki. Serve with prepared rice, gluten-free grain, or rice noodles.
Here’s a recipe for Hoisin Pork Stir-fry, using the 3-Step method.
HOISIN PORK STIR-FRY
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pound Pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 Tablespoons Grapeseed oil, or any high-heat oil such as canola or peanut oil
2 cups Snow peas, trimmed
1 cup Canned sliced bamboo shoots, drained
1 cup Onion, sliced
3/4 cup San-J Hoisin Sauce
Directions
In a large frying pan or a wok, heat oil over high heat.
Add the pork and sauté for about 2 minutes or until the meat is lightly browned but not entirely cooked through. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Pour the San-J Hoisin Sauce into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3-5 more minutes or until the pork is cooked through and vegetables are crisp tender.
Serve with white rice.
