Chicken Tikka Masala
When it comes to Chicken Tikka Masala, Deep Indian Kitchen says it’s all about the sauce. They spend hours grinding their own spices and cooking vegetables in batches to simmer. Then they marinate pieces of chicken, roast them, and combine everything. Deep Indian Kitchen says one taste explains why their friends always ask for the recipe.
Paneer Tikka Masala
This dish features homemade-style cheese marinated with Tandoori spices, simmered in an authentic, spiced sauce served with seasoned kidney beans and lentils alongside delicate Basmati rice with onions. This dish is also vegetarian.
Chicken Curry
This Chicken Curry with Turmeric Rice dish is spicy, but too spicy, it lets you be adventurous without going too far outside your comfort zone. This curry includes a variety of aromatic spices simmered in made-from-scratch sauce and yogurt.
Lamb Vindaloo
For this recipe, Deep Indian Kitchen marinates tender lamb then simmers it in a rich, spicy sauce. This is served with turmeric-infused basmati rice.
