This salsa has a delicious roasted flavor because it is made with famous Hatch green chiles. This salsa makes the perfect appetizer, snack, or pairs perfectly with chicken, beef or pork tacos. Yum!

2 (4-ounce) cans Hatch Chopped Green Chiles, drained
1 tablespoon Hatch Jalapenos
10 fresh cilantro leaves
1 (28-ounce) can of whole tomatoes
3 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly or until tomatoes are chopped.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator ½ hour before serving.
