Where can I eat a good gluten-free meal on the road?

Traveling can be one of the most difficult aspects of being gluten free, as we’re almost always¬†forced to rely on food prepared outside our own (safe, gluten-free) kitchens. If you’re road tripping, it’s worth your time to make a few cooler-friendly meals and snacks for the road, and Yelp can be a good way to find viable gluten-free eateries near you.
