Any easy gluten-free Valentines Day desserts?

It’s easier to make gluten-free Valentines Day desserts if you use a ready-made mix or other product.

For example, Chef Cat Cora of the Food Network used Pillsbury’s gluten-free cookie dough to make Chocolate Cookie Dough Cupcakes, Chocolate Chip, Raspberry and White Chocolate Trifle and  Chocolate Chip Peanutter Whoopie Pies.
