Peach Bellinis

Serves 4

Bellinis are similar to mimosas, with a mix of sparkling wine and fruit, usually peaches.



  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2½ cups sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling cider or sparkling white grape juice


Blend the frozen peaches and orange juice in a blender. Pour even amounts of the mixture into 4 wine glasses. Top each glass with even amounts of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic alternative.
